Vote Yes on Prop 8

In today's digital age, reliable and high-speed internet connectivity is not a luxury; it's a necessity that drives our daily lives, including the economy, education and healthcare. But, over 7 million Texans still lack access to affordable, reliable high-speed internet.

On November 7, 2023 Texas voters have an opportunity to close this digital divide and transform our communities by approving Proposition 8.

Prop 8 will create the $1.5 billion Broadband Infrastructure Fund. These funds have already been set aside by the Texas Legislature but cannot be used without voter approval. If approved, the broadband infrastructure fund will provide transformational funding to expand access to and adoption of broadband across our state.

Help us get the message out about the November election. Approving Prop 8 will ensure that our communities remain connected, competitive, and adaptable in the face of whatever challenges and opportunities tomorrow may bring.
